PHP Constants

School: University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee

Course: INFOST 440

Explanation

A constant is a value that cannot be changed after it is defined. Constants are useful for storing information that should stay the same throughout a program. Unlike variables, constants do not use a dollar sign before their names. Variables can have their values changed while the program is running, but constants stay the same.
